It all looks correct to me. I see you changed the names of the axes (makes more sense this way). The stats look good and they work.
I don't have CL10 to see the second proc but everything else looks correct. Thanks!

Bumping this. 94% and 95% crafting is still occurring. It gets more expensive now that we need dragonsworn and perfected armor patterns.

Most ROG seems correct but I have had a few not salvage correctly. I think they are all studded. Here are the last 2. I will add anymore that I see as I go. Both drops in Spindelhalla.
