The CL Debuff spells (Enervate Strength, Banish Resolution, Field of force) Are breaking Mezz CC. Unsure if they also interrupt targets. This is not intended, on live, you can CL debuff targets while mezzed.

Bracer of Arcane Commands (alb) - the /use2 that increases all magic resistance by 10 - consumes the charge, puts the icon on the buffs, highlights my resists in attributes: but NO BONUS RESISTS are given. In comparison the Arcane vigor Physical resist charge DOES work.

The recipe calls for 3 airy distill, 1 earthen distill, and 20 greater enervating poisons. It is only consuming 1 greater enervating poison per make.
