I get -10 debuff from dex when i log in on my ranger with that chest piece on. Please can the GM's help us with this problem. Thank you.

I can't find any mobs that drop the patterns too. does any one know if the patterns can only be bought and not farmed off mobs? or are the patterns coming at a later date? information on patterns for Eden is hard to find! please can any one help! thank you.
