Looks like it's only chants and buffs that should stack and the Magic type is not the deciding factor. Ignore thread.
(except maybe charge overwriting casted buffs, it would be nice if it would just cancel it out for the duration rather than replacing it outright)

Alchemy ingredients should drop in stacks (~3)
Since patch 1.85 these should drop in "small stacks of three or more".

Bolstering Roar breaks roots and snares on the tank itsel
From my understanding Bolstering Roar should apply the cleansing effect only on groupmates in a PBAoE radius. It currently applies the effect also on the tank that casted the Bolstering Roar when it comes to snares/roots. While mezzed it can not be used.
