I went 34 Rejuvinvation / 50 Enhancement / 39 Staff / 4 Parry to start with. I think this is a solid PvE spec when you are gathering your gear. For PvP, I think it makes more sense to focus on high Staff with Enhancement or high Rejuvination with Enhancement. Go healing or go melee. Just my opinion ...
