Vanish isn't removing the DoT/bleed effects 100% of the time. Not sure if this was a one time thing, but just wanted someone to be aware of it.

Currently the Draught of Necromancy says level 30 item. When you try to use this item at level 30, you get a message saying "you are too low level to use this item!" Right click-info says level 50. Which one is correct?

Currently the bolstering adroit mythirian is acting like a buff. The correct function is a stat cap dex increase of 8 and stat dex increase of 8. The following screenshots show 100/100 dex with the mythirian on and off. When it should say 108/108 dex instead of the +8 buffs when the mythirian is on....

Certain BG mobs not correctly casting spells and certain mobs damage not showing up in log when charmed. Thidranki BG - Tomte Visionary DoT damage does not show up in combat log when charmed. When this mob heals a friendly player, it does not show how much is healed. Wilton BG - Fresh Water Koalinth...

The red dot on map is showing in Howth instead of the right location for quest: Silvermine Mts Explorer: Bounty Hunter 2 Kill Guardian.
Attached is the location it was showing and with the correct location of guardian.

Noticed a spot in Silvermine Mts. that was blurry. This spot is by Muir the quest mob.
Location: 22720, 63262 Silvermine Mts.

There appears to be combat text in quest log.
