Cobra lifetap says 100% but the lifesteal amount is not the same value as the damage amount. Also, the damage value stays the same, but the lifesteal value varies each time. Like there is RNG variance roll on the lifetap amount.

The test: Valk red group dd proc at 100 value. Valk procs on the training dummy do 93 dmg. Savage group member procs do 25-50 dmg. Both with H2H and with 2h. Both have 60 piety. Savage has more str & dex. I think it is looking at odins will spec before calculating the damage. I believe it should...

Currently re-use timer is 5min. Should be 3min.
