As it is right now, ment rr5 is not reliable when used against multiple targets - it either won't stop them from attacking you at all or will only last a few seconds.

The last few days, it would drop one of the 3 possible cloaks about once every 3 kills. Today, we have killed it more than 30 times without a single cloak.
