I'd like to add my support on this. Bumb from me as I noticed same issue. Before patch 1.97 they dropped in stacks of 3 and after 6. On eden its only 1 per stack. Vaultkeeper can bug curser
When trying to move an item from inventory to account vault (or vice versa) will bug the curser unless you click another NPC.
