can confirm. either the master afrit do not respawn at all atm or they respawn with one red mob which u cant attack and it shows 0% HP. ran stygian delta, arbor glen and green glades, all the same.

iirc dex/qui and str/const debuff should be on the same timer as base str and base dex debuff. works for base debuffs but not for spec.
