Mixture of suggestion and technical question.

The game aquires a target on the mouse button up event. Which is fairly annoying in high speed combat. Is there a way to aquire the target on mouse button down?
If not, wouldnt that be a pretty cool quality of life change?

The tooltip to rampage reads: Target gains 100% chance to resist debuff spells for 20 sec. We tried it in a dual and it behaves differently. Both resist debuffs and stat debuffs can penetrate the ability and land on the target. Sometimes i do get the message "target shrugs of" something. B...
