Highest pop is EU time. I don't play NA PST time, but I expect pop would be at its lowest.

As long as you get to 2L4 your char will carry over it's RR. That is only 20,475 RPs.

The only thing you lose is being level 50 which doesn't take long once a year.

To me this is not an arduous thing in order to refresh interest/population and also let my low RR chars be competitive.

Unfortunately, you can't. It is strange for that channel for sure.

Leveling is pretty fast and I also like the opportunity to start a new char each season and be on a level playing field. Getting farmed by RR12s on an RR2 Char gets old fast. Chars from previous seasons gain back their RR as the RP cap rises while you play the new char. Pretty sweet.

I had thought I added the necessary exclusions, but I had not added the process exclusion for game.dll.

Zone times are much faster now.
