The reward for the heretic DF hat quest 'of diamonds and demons' only rewards one hat. "Fierce Cap of the Hallowed"
Item database lists 2 different (more preferred) versions and not the version awarded.

Snakecharmer's weapon skin only available to reaver on alb. Missing heretic accessibility.

Item: Cuuldurach's Fang
Issue: Second proc "Conversion" is a 30sec buff that is supposed to be converting 10% of any damage done to target-self into healing. Instead it is converting damage into endurance+power.

Every class, every weapon from what everybody has been /saying around him.
My particular instance: Ranger, Conquering Ranger Spell Breaker


Another player was able to turn in his champ weapon into him to exchange.

Azure Sonfinin the npc that gives dragonslayer weapon is bugged, unable to return weapon to select a different weapon.
He prompt's "I already gave you a weapon, please give it back first." does not accept the weapon back, no message, nothing.

Unsure of how defense penetration is working, I was under the belief that there wasn't any...
Playing hunter with base 24% evade, another 35% from trackers alacrity should be ~59% before other factors.
