I'd like to have artifacts too (and toa zones because I love them but I digress). I believe they would add more diversity even if in the end, like current server setup, everyone would end up with almost same spec/stuff anyway. People are afraid of TOA (artifacts, ML) content because of many reasons....

Stats are Heretic oriented (Strength, melee damage %)

Got a Venerable Mithirian Cloth glove from a mithra initiate.
stats seems to aim for Heretic since it give Qui.
