I just ran into this bug. After some experimenting, I've come to the conclusion that it is the cloth Dragonslayer chest. It doesn't matter if you are wearing the actual Dragonslayer chest or if you applied the Dragonslayer chest skin, it still messes up and forces the sleeves to become invisible. I ...
