Hitting faster reduces damage a bit. The damage add chant you are using has a 16% celerity built in, which you can see on the charplanner and on your buff bar in this video.

There is nothing we can do about that I'm afraid. We use Discord's OAuth2 to log people in.

The server IP is "game.eden-daoc.net".

Authentication is basically completely handled by Discord's OAuth2 and happens in the browser. You could even authenticate over your phone, send the token to your PC, and then paste it into your launcher.
