My weapons are invisible on my character and everyone's cloak are bright pink with no texture. I can't see anyone else weapons as well since the last patch. Any ideas what is going on?

The amount in which we are uncovered by NPCs is insane, furthermore, it seems like stealth isn't really stealth anymore as it's much easier than it should be for visibles to just run in your general vicinity and pop you out of stealth.
