Is there any way to move the alliance lead from one guild to another without re-creating the alliance itself?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start game
2. Go into character creation
3. Click race highlandler
4. Select Heretic
5. Click create

Result:
- Nothing happens

Expected Result:
- Heretic is only available for Breton, Avalonian, Inconnu
